Campaign to Protect Rural England work for a countryside that’s rich in nature, accessible to everyone. The Canal and River Trust look after and bring to life 2,000 miles of waterways across Britain. The Clervaux Trust provides independent education to children and adults with complex needs through sustainable methods of food production and land management. Cleveland Bat Group a local group set up in 2017 by Tees Valley Wildlife Trust and the Bat Conservation Trust. A friendly, thriving association of over 100 beekeepers living in Cleveland, North Yorkshire and County Durham. Using all available skills we aim to rescue, treat and then rehabilitate all our hedgehogs back into the wild. The Club promotes an interest in Natural History and assists members in finding out about the local wildife. The local authority for the town of Darlington and the surrounding villages in North East England. The Club studies all aspects of natural history including plants, insects, mammals, birds and geology. Founded in 1981 the Group exists to protect and study the Eurasian badger in its natural habitat. The agency works to create better places for people and wildlife, and support sustainable development. ERIC North East works with wildlife recording groups and individuals to collate environmental and manage data which is used to inform nature conservation. Groundwork North East & Cumbria’s mission is to inspire people and deliver positive sustainable change in places of need across the North East and Cumbria. The Teesmouth Bird Club was founded in 1960 and is a recognised authority on birds in Tees Valley. TVCA is the combined authority for the Tees Valley urban area consisting of five unitary areas. The group encourages the appreciation, conservation and promotion of Geological Sites.
